REWARD FOR ANYONE WHO RESCUES THE BOOK AND FAIRY!
I can't take part in ALL the festivities today because I am on the hunt for the Evil Witch who stole my book of spells and an innocent Lullaby Fairy. The witch and her minion crows were last seen over the Black Sea (as evidenced by the above photo). If you should encounter them please try and rescue the book and Fairy....BUT...proceed with caution.
Mix together the following and put it all in a slingshot:
Bits of insects, earth worms, heap of compost ingredients, small snakes,rotten eggs and arsenic.
Mix it all together and make a CAW CAW sound as you catapult the ingredients towards them as they fly by.
They cannot resist this so when the crows go after the mixture they will release the book that has the fairy tied to it. Be prepared to catch them *book and fairy* as you say to the crows:
Swallow thy gruel
Eat thy feast
Open thy jaws
Release thy feet
Give them safely to my arms
Begone all suffering
Give them no harm
As it all happened so quickly I didn't have any ingredients ready to taunt the crows BUT I did manage to grab the witches broom from her. She is now holding on to a crow because of no broom which means she can't use her hands to do witchcraft.When the crows fly after the potion she will most assuredly tumble to the sea as they go after it. They won't listen to her if there is garbage to be had AND we all know what happens to wicked witches when they get wet!
Hopefully the Lullaby Fairy will not awaken and be frightened - the book will guide you back to me. I have high hopes someone will be able to aid in this rescue. If you do manage to make it all work, wake up the fairy and ask it where it currently lives...........that answer will prove you have done it. Leave it in comments and the rescuer will be announced when and if that happens.
