STILL working on the kitchen makeover....it seems like it's been years instead of weeks. We are both so anxious to be done but there is SO MUCH painting to do yet......cabinets, trims, finishing touches and so on. A little more carpentry in terms of design elements have to be done as well. It's slow going because BohoHandyman can only do his part nights and weekends and the poor guy needs time to relax too.  Plus inbetween it all we had a couple of personal hiccups with me getting sick a few days and the loss of a cousin that tail spinned me (I don't handle loss well).

I want to so much to share things with you all but things are in a state......paint cans, tools, floor covered in paper, the kitchen island/breakfast bar is covered, drawers stacked, things stacked on counters....it's crazy.  The chandelier still needs to be hung as well as another light too.....the list seems to grow instead of shrink. Can you imagine if we were completely remodeling? Yikes! Ah, but it's going to be worth all the late nights and bad eating habits.

So although I appear to be the worldest WORST blogger I do have a reason.....I just hope you lovely people don't stop coming here all together. I miss you all and hope you will keep checking back now and then. I am so out of touch with everyone - :(
