Photo disclaimer: The photos below were taken with my IPhone as they sat on my easel ..... this is because I have not had any good lighting for taking proper photos of them hanging on a wall with my good camera (stormy weather). I will try to get some proper photos later that will include side and close up shots as well. Please keep in mind that these paintngs look SO MUCH BETTER in person. Pardon any glare, blurriness, bad cropping, general bad lighting, exposure. I could have waited for the better photos but who among us isn't excited to share?
So without further adieu here are the latest finished works that have kept me in my studio for hours and days.
All of these will be in my Shoppe soon but should you be interested in any before then you can email me for details.

(note: the colors are much more vibrant in person, the mask is German glitter and very sparkly)
Tribo was employed by the King and engaged to entertain at special fetes and celebrations. Silly dances, juggling, music, teller of riddles he also would don his mask and do various voices and imitations. His mockery could come close to ridicule thus he had to be quite careful how far he took it less he had no head to use the mask.

Her faithful companion the bird told her there was an old door in the stone wall - and the key was still in the lock. Since she owned the property it was not a forbidden place but she decided it would remain hidden to everyone else but her. It was a place she could go and tend the flowers or rest upon the grass and look to the clouds above or read her favorite books or set up her easel to paint. One day she nearly lost the key so she took to wearing it around her neck. When people asked about it she simply told them it was the key to her heart.

I hope you've enjoyed this preview, I only wish the photos did them justice. I have more on the drawing board I need to bring to life. Thank goodness for a DVD player in my studio and my IPod full of music.
