My birthday is just the first day of another 365-day journey around the sun....

and today I begin a new round........

So

I'm donning my best party hat

putting on my best frock

Doing a little twirl

Remembering

it's only a number

(one that certainly doesn't define me)

because in truth, I'm really only.....uh.......11 today.

With the candles lit

I'll make a wish

and then I'll get out the fire extinguisherI

(just in case the 11 candles get out of hand)

After that I'll sip a bit of champagne and
