I don't know if anyone is reading these updates.....but this one is REALLY important to reiterate. This event is NOT meant to be a facility to promote your business/shop/websites. This event is to introduce yourself to those who may not know you and offer a prize to win among those that stop by. Your post should be solely about OWOH and hopefully contain the logo making that obvious. This is also NOT a place to add a blog link so people will know who you are just by pointing people to your blog for no reason either. The other thing is this is something where you will announce a winner of your giveaway...I HATE to sound so "ruley" but people, this is a one gal operation and having to stop and email to tell someone they didn't meet the criteria is time consuming as you can imagine. Keep in mind if your blog is interesting and people are drawn to it they WILL come back, bookmark you, contact you later and see your shop etc. PLEASE READ the instructions HERE before you post and send me a link.
I am begging you with sugar on top to reread your post to be sure you have done it correctly.
I am not complaining, I love doing this, please understand this. I love bringing people together, but when there are THIS many and counting it TRULY helps to have it it cohesive.

ANOTHER UPDATE: Tuesday 1/26
PLEASE....all posts must be strictly about OWOH and not in conjunction with any previous giveaway, promotion, event.
THERE ARE 2 LISTS AS YOU CAN SEE, TYPEPAD IS ONLY ALLOWING 500 IN EACH LINK LIST SO I HAD TO DO A PART 2! IF YOU DON'T SEE YOURS ON THE FIRST ONE JUST KEEP SCROLLING DOWN.....THE NUMBERS CONTINUE IN ORDER.
I have been receiving emails regarding blog #16 showing that some who click on there show they are banned. It didn't do it for me BUT I have contacted the blogger to let her know.
The above has been fixed. Another concern was someone clicked on a link where something came up telling them there was a Trojan virus. The one with the banned issue is having her webmaster look in to that. I don't know if the virus issue is based on the person looking or on the blog itself.
Thus far after adding 645 links I haven't encountered those types of problems....but if YOU DO encounter issues like that you may just have to skip those blogs for now. I don't have the means to tackle tech issues on others blogs, as much as I'd love to help.
ALSO......YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME UNTIL FEB. 8TH - so it's definitely not too late. Just be patient if you don't see it IMMEDIATELY on the list after you email me, don't resend your link until you have completely scanned the entire list and it's not there after a few hours. I am trying to keep up as fast as possible.
If you have a question about how your blog is listed or the link is incorrect please include what # you are on the list.

UPDATE AS OF 1/25 3:35 PM...
As of right now, less than 24 hours after the start of this years event the total
SO FAR is over 50% of the final total of last year's event. They are coming fast and furious and I couldn't be more delighted so many are participating. This is only the beginning as links will be accepted until February 8th.....my head spins thinking what the final total may be. Will we top last year?????
Don't worry if you aren't ready with your post yet......you have time....as you can see I haven't even posted my own yet!
PLEASE, if you don't see your name on the list soon after you email keep in mind there are many coming and it's first come, first serve. If after a few hours you don't see it at all THEN email me. But cruise that list carefully first to make sure you didn't miss your name.

It's nearly 2 o'clock in the morning. I have been adding links like crazy and want to apologize to those I may have turned away who sent them too early. As the evening progressed I received SO many early ones I just couldn't email everyone and so before midnight I started adding links. It all began with those out of the country who were in some cases a day ahead. Since then all are added the same, first come, first served. As you can see I don't even have my own giveaway post up yet.....there's been no time and hopefully I won't be the last one.
I also want to say that I had planned to comment each time I added a link to say I had added you and pop my name in your giveaway....obviously that didn't happen. You have to know I want to get to each of you but behind the scenes this is a LOT of work answering questions, checking links etc. so It's not that I don't want to visit your blog. My plan is to try before the end of this event.
In the meantime please watch the list on the right sidebar and refresh if need be so you can get to all the links. I need to sleep now and tomorrow I will begin again, please be patient if your link isn't added immediately!
