It is already the last day of January...........the new year is now a month in.
I want to remind you to open up and let your inner child free
Maybe open its eyes to see the ordinary is extraordinary
Remember to revel in the silly
and stop to create some of this:
Collect bits and bobs as you wander.....pure and natural..... looking at them as if you have never seen anything like it before.
Make a play date with friends
Your inner child needs to come out and play if only to give you a moments break from having to always be a serious adult with heaps of responsibility and demands. It doesn't have to take over, it just wants us all to embrace moments of pure abandon now and then. Remind ourselves that it is OK and necessary.
Whatever your endeavor may be allow it to happen........give over to its longing to be set free regardless of how frequent or infrequent the moments are. You will be ever so glad you did!
