sometimes life throws you curve balls and when it does seeing this face helps find the smile among the chaos.

BohoHandyman's Mom is ill (more than she was)and facing a skilled nursing facility. His sister is the stalwart one, the advocate, the one who carries this around with her daily. But being that person comes with a great deal of stress (I know first hand) and BohoHandyman will fly there to hopefully lessen the stress a bit while this takes place. He's calm under pressure and I know it makes her feel better AND him feel better when he can do what he can...and most importantly have time with his Mom.
Seeing your parent in a weakened state, feeling helpless and needing others to advocate for them is very difficult (again I know first hand). You want to make it all better like they did for you but it goes beyond kissing a boo-boo or stroking your head when you're sick. Your roles reverse and you have to watch the people you thought were invincible change before your eyes mentally and physically
They(he and his family) could all use some good thoughts/prayers.
It's hard being many miles away........it's hard when you're close by.....
it's just plain HARD!
