Open your olfactory senses and breathe in the fragrances that calm you - what do you smell that is soothing or creates a tender memory? Is it lavendar? The smell of your Mother's cooking? A favorite flower? Is this a seasonal scent that makes you smile at this moment?

Let's do this together, shall we? Just imagine we are all in a giant circle....sitting under some lovely trees on soft, green grass. We are all taking that moment together from our busy day.......and then we remind each other their is never a time when we don't need a warm hug, a sweet smile and a little affirmation that we matter. Can you feel it?
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh........there you go.............hugs and smiles........can you see them, feel them? And now we laugh for no reason and twirl with our arms outstretched a la Maria from The Sound of Music on top of the hill. Perhaps we'll even sing "I feeeeeeel soooooo relaxed and ready to taaaaaake on the day!"
