We bought this old dresser a couple of weeks ago at an Estate sale for an amazingly great price. The finish was thick and gloppy......couple knobs missing and the top (not seen here) was in horrible shape.
Then G worked his magic and voila..............
I chose the color and new knobs and he did a great job redoing it. It is now in the living room and of course what sits atop it will change probably many times over. We took the mirror from over our sideboard in the kitchen but I would still like a wooden one, funky shape and painted a color or colors. So we're on the look out for something that can be redone.
We found this wall shelf at the same estate sale, another fabulous price
G sanded and painted it for me using the same paint from the dresser.....I liked it and why not use it up. It now hangs in my studio above where I am typing this very moment. I decided to hang certain affirmations and reminders to start the new year below it.
Lest you think me a complete and total loony tune (IF you saw this post earlier today).....I reread it tonight and thought "WHAT THE HECK are you doing Lisa?"
It's a new year, it's about renewal.....
and I'm sorting myself out big time!
Thus I realized I needed to highlight and delete all that other stuff!
